style=\"text-align: justify;\">De esta manera, las comunas de Ancud, Dalcahue, Castro y Quell\u00f3n retroceden a Fase 1 de cuarentena total a contar de este jueves 14 de enero, a las 05 hrs de la madrugada, en tanto las otras seis comunas de la provincia, vale decir, Quemchi, Quinchao, Curaco de V\u00e9lez Chonchi, Puqueld\u00f3n y Queilen, se mantienen en Fase 2 de Transici\u00f3n con
